Faster Check In Tips

When you purchased your tickets, you received a text from us with a link to your online account. These texts will go out again today if we have your phone number on file. Here are two things you can do to speed up check in:

  1. Make sure your contact information is filled in and up to date
  2. Guests will need to have a credit card on file to make purchases and bids at Heart of the Horse, and you can securely add that information prior to your arrival at SAFE.

You may be given the option to Check In using your cell phone, but we still need you to stop at Registration and pick up your Bidder Packet, which includes your catalog, bid paddles, and meal tickets.

COVID Guidelines

Saturday’s gathering takes place in an outdoor covered arena, which is a HUGE space. The arena is open on all four sides for plenty of fresh airflow, and the risk of COVID transmission is low. However, we respectfully ask that if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to Heart of the Horse and risk the health of other guests.

Dress Code:

Heart of the Horse is a Barn Party, so there is no need to dress up fancy. Most people dress casually and comfortably in a western style. Think jeans, boots, and cowboy hats! Summer dresses are nice too! Just dress comfortably and you’re sure to have a good time. The covered arena that Heart of the Horse is held in stays surprisingly comfortable, temperature-wise, so even if Saturday turns out to be a scorcher (which it shouldn’t, temperatures in the low 80’s are predicted) the arena will be shaded and cooler than outside..

A Very Important Note about Footwear:

This Barn Party takes place in a barn, so you’ll be walking on loose, sandy footing in our outdoor arena. We strongly advise our guests NOT to wear open-toed shoes or high heels. You’ll be much more comfortable in boots or sneakers that you don’t mind getting a little dusty.
